HarleyDoc Legal was created out of demand by HarleyDoc, a global concierge healthcare company who have a highly discerning multinational clientele, who require comprehensive solutions often at short notice.
HarleyDoc CEO & Founder, Dr Banerjee, is a doctor by background with twenty-five years of experience in clinical practice, working in large clinics and hospitals, and so he has seen first-hand the amount of administrative and medicolegal bureaucracy within the industry. This often meant that simple tasks and processes were became elongated ordeals for clients and clinicians alike.
Background
Dealing regularly with London legal firms helped him see the commonality between medical and legal worlds, and how there was scope to create a medicolegal organisation that could serve clients and businesses to resolve matters in a far more streamlined manner.
Deciding to create a unique platform between them, his legal team and he built the company using their industry experience to identify the factors which most frustrated them and hindered the lengthy processes that plague swift resolution of issues.
They decided to tackle the five areas that they encountered on a routine basis, where they felt that a unique approach was most likely to be beneficial:
